Emergency plumber in St Neots

Burst pipe, water coming through a ceiling, or a leak you can't stop — call, don't email. Same-day call-out across St Neots and Huntingdon.

Before we get there

Turn the water off at the stopcock — usually under the kitchen sink or in the downstairs cupboard. If water is anywhere near lights or sockets, turn the electricity off at the consumer unit too. Then call us and describe what you can see; it tells us what to bring.

What counts as an emergency

A dripping tap or a slow-filling toilet isn't an emergency — those are cheaper as a booked visit, and we'll tell you so rather than charge you a call-out rate.

What it costs

A call-out covers the first hour on site including diagnosis. If the fix needs a part we don't carry, you get a price before we order it. No charge for arriving and telling you it's not something we can do.

We are not Gas Safe registered.

We don't touch boilers, gas fires or gas pipework. Everything else in a bathroom or kitchen — water, waste, tiling, panelling — we do.

No water at all and it's not the stopcock? Check with Anglian Water first — if it's a mains problem in the street, they fix it free and a plumber can't help.
